Living Life on purpose operates under the following Terms & Conditions: -

Delivery
Customers will be notified by telephone, fax or e-mail upon receipt of payment.

Products are despatched upon the successful clearing of payment.

Please allow 21 days for delivery.

Cancellation and Returns
Multi-Media products can easily be duplicated and passed on.
We ask that customers exercise honesty and integrity when dealing with cancellations and returns.

Customers have seven days after the delivery of their resources in which to change their mind and return them.

We ask that customers operate with honesty and integrity by returning their goods without making duplicates.

Customers should return their resources using a method which allows them to monitor and track delivery.

Living Life on Purpose cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing in transit and will not post refunds for which we have not yet received.

Faulty Returns
In the event of customers experiencing problems with their resources, customers are within their rights to return the items which will be replaced with working copies.

Payment
We currently accept payment by Cheque in ‘Pound Sterling’ only; please remember to enclose a copy of the order along with your cheque and keep a copy for your own records.

Privacy Policy
Information submitted by customers is held in the strictest confidence; Living life on purpose does not share information with 3rd parties and will only contact customers in connection with their resources and orders.
